• Take the Calder freeway from Melbourne towards Bendigo
• Drive for about 1 hour(from Flemington Road area)and bypass Kyneton
• Slow from 110 to 100 km/hr before at the new section of double highway
• Drive for approx 0.5 km from where the double highway becomes a single carriageway
• Turn right, just pass the 70 km/hr sign where there is a road off to the right;the Malmsbury East Road
• After 0.2 km the road forks;take the left fork which is the Malmsbury-Metcalfe Road and travel in a northerly direction
• Travel in a straight line for approximately 6.2 kms on the bitumen road after which the road surface changes to an unsealed road (ignore signs on side roads to Metcalfe)
• Keep going for approximately 1.6 kms on the unsealed road and Metcalfe Valley Wines is on the right, number 283. The vineyard is visible on the right before you get to the get to the entrance
